The lead up, training and sessions were of the highest standard. Our group appreciated the format - the online pre-work is well presented, and the in-person training was be focussed and practical. The equipment was clean, and our trainer Brad was well informed, and tailored the sessions to our group of cyclists who were training as ride leaders.
